These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered through it. By using this site or sending us a message, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we are, and what we are not

Text message program

When you send us your name and mobile number through the chat on this site and agree to the consent shown there, you opt in to texts from Gotta Show Me Solar about solar and battery storage for your home, including appointment confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions.

• You must be 18 or older. By opting in you confirm you are at least 18.
• Message frequency varies. Expect roughly 2 to 6 messages a month, and more while you are actively talking with us.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply to messages you send and receive.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then no more messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Your consent to be contacted

When you opt in, you agree that Gotta Show Me Solar may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including texts sent with automated technology, about solar and battery storage for your home. We are your point of contact. We do not pass your number to an installer for them to contact you.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw it at any time. Reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or tell us on the phone. Phone calls may be recorded; tell us at the start of a call if you would rather they were not.

No promise of savings, cost or eligibility

Any figure we discuss with you is an estimate. What you pay and what you save depend on your home, your roof, how much power you use, the agreement you sign, and future utility rates that no one controls. Utility rates and state programs change, and they can change without notice.

We do not give tax advice. Talk to a qualified tax professional about your own situation.

Before you sign anything

Read the whole agreement. Make sure you understand in writing whether it is a purchase, a lease or a power purchase agreement, who owns the equipment, what you pay per kWh, and whether that rate goes up each year. Get the name of the company on the contract and the installer who will do the work. Take your time. Anyone who says you must sign today is a reason to slow down.

Information you give us

You agree that what you submit is accurate, and that you own the phone number you provide or are allowed to give consent for it. Submitting someone else's number without their permission breaks these terms.

Installers

Any installer you work with is an independent business. We do not employ them, supervise their work, set their prices or control their contracts. Any agreement you sign is between you and them.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, submit false information, interfere with how the site works, scrape data from it or try to get unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to Titan Solar Limited LLC and may not be copied or republished without permission, except as the law allows.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or current.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Titan Solar Limited LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with an installer. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Titan Solar Limited LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of another person's information without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top will change. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
